Registration Open for Upcoming TERAs, TEDOs, and Capacity‑Building Pathways Webinar Jun 18 2026

Announcement

Dates: June 18, 2026 2:00pm to 3:00pm

This webinar provides an overview of federal frameworks, opportunities, and support systems available to Tribes seeking to advance energy and mineral development. It explains how Tribal Energy Resource Agreements (TERAs) and Tribal Energy Development Organizations (TEDOs) strengthen tribal sovereignty, streamline approval processes, and promote self‑determination in energy development.

The presentation begins with an introduction to the statutory authority behind TERAs and TEDOs and emphasizes the benefits of shifting decision‑making authority from the Department of the Interior to Tribes for certain energy‑related leases, business agreements, and rights‑of‑way.

This webinar takes place on Microsoft Teams.
