The Indian Energy Service Center (IESC) coordinates and processes Indian energy, mineral and renewable energy development and leasing activities across the Department of the Interior’s bureaus. The IESC is staffed by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and the Bureau of Trust Funds Administration (BTFA), formerly the Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians (OST).
