Federal/Tribal Workforce Development (477) Administrative Workgroup
Federal and Tribal officials established a workgroup to develop a reporting and auditing process that minimizes burdens placed on Tribes while assuring Federal funds are spent for appropriate purposes. The workgroup hopes to provide all parties involved with a consistent understanding of the program terms and requirements.
Workforce Development (477) Tribal Workgroup
The Workforce Development (477) Tribal Workgroup advocates and collaborates with Federal officials to clarify and provide a consistent historical perspective on Public Law 102-477 concerning federal partner actions or requests. The Workforce Development Tribal Workgroup meets during the Department of Labor Regional meetings.
