National Indian Oil & Gas, Energy, and Minerals System (NIOGEMS) is an application that was created by the Division of Energy and Mineral Development, which uses Geographic Information System (GIS) and relational database off-the-shelf software customized for the specific needs of Tribes and government users.
NIOGEMS provides users with readily available access to financial, realty, and geo-technical information for decision making on leasing, developing, and managing energy and mineral resources.
The NIOGEMS team is committed to providing timely and helpful service to all users.
All NIOGEMS software, installation, support, training, and training materials are offered free of charge to eligible organizations and users.
