When you contact NIOGEMS help desk, please provide the following information:
- Your operating system version
- A brief description of your issue(s) including attachments showing error/warning messages (if available)
- A brief description of the trouble shooting steps you have taken
If you’re an Indian Affairs federal user, please submit a “Password Reset” ticket through the Service Center: https://indianaffairs.servicenowservices.com.
If you’re a Tribal user, you won’t be able to use the Service Center. Please contact the NIOGEMS help desk instead.
