• Provide a sufficiently trained COR cadre with the knowledge and skills required to develop requirements and manage assigned contracts
  • Provide online community of COR’s and a “one-stop shop” for information, tool, guides, templates, and Q&A in real-time
  • Will provide the ability for IA to manage a COR cadre on an enterprise basis and adjust resources in real-time.
  • Provide COR personnel opportunities for expanded skillsets, training, professional development, and upward mobility.
  • Develop successful working relationship building skills
  • Hone attention to detail, networking and problem-solving skills
  • Build project management competencies (resource, cost, schedule and risk mitigation)
