The Fort Peck Reservation is located in northeastern Montana near Wolf Point, Montana. This resource rich reservation is home to over 12,000 Assiniboine & Sioux enrolled tribal members and contains about 2,094,000 acres of land within its exterior boundary. The Fort Peck Agency provides stewardship to more than 1,490,839 acres of surface acres held in trust. The Agency also provides stewardship to more than 185,504 surface acres of Turtle Mountain Public Domain lands in trust.

The Agency provides direct services in the following program areas: Executive Direction & Administration, Facilities Management, Social Services, Trust Services, Probate, Irrigation, Real Estate Appraisals, Tribal Management & Development and Real Estate Services.

The Tribe has contracted the following programs: Job Placement & Training, Road Maintenance, Indian Child Welfare, Johnson O’Malley, Scholarships, Housing Improvement, Tribal Courts, Natural Resources, Agriculture, Water Resources, Wildlife & Parks, Trust Services, and Other Aid to Tribal Government.
