Pursuant to the Bureau of Indian Affairs regulations governing operation and maintenance of power projects, found at 25 CFR 175, BIA Colorado River Electrical Services hereby notifies its electrical power utility customers of our adjusted fee schedule. The changes will be effective February 1, 2026. We reviewed our current operation and maintenance requirements to determine if our financial and statutory requirements are being met. Because of the increased costs caused by market increases, it is necessary to modify the current fee schedule. The updated fee schedule is listed below.
