The Branch of Natural Resources has several programs including:
- Water Resources
- Wildland Fire Management
- Agriculture and Range
- Fish, Wildlife, and Parks
The Branch of Natural Resources provides direct services for these programs for most of the tribes within the Cook Inlet, Koniag, and Ahtna management units. Natural Resources can provide technical assistance to tribes on all aspects of its programs.
The BIA Natural Resources General Tribal Priority Allocation (TPA) program funding is typically used for the administration of these other natural resources programs.
