Supporting Alaska Native & American Indian Trust Estates

The BIA Alaska Region invites Alaska Native families to a community event supporting the federal probate process for trust estates. Probate & Estate Services staff will help families complete the Family History Questionnaire and gather key documents, such as birth, death, marriage, adoption, and cultural adoption records, to reduce delays and support timely probate review.
