Categorical Exclusion Exception Review (CEER) Checklist

The Categorical Exclusion Exception Review (CEER) Checklist is a tool used by federal agencies to determine whether a proposed action qualifies for categorical exclusion (CE) under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The checklist helps agencies assess whether the proposed action would have significant environmental impacts and, if so, whether it meets the criteria for an exception to NEPA review.

Certification of Final Inspection

Once the construction of the house has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications, and that all applicable codes and regulations have been met, the tribe could use this file as template to issue the certification of Final Inspection.
