Biography
Randi Adams is the Acting Director for the Office of Budget and Performance Management. Proudly enrolled with the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians of North Dakota, Randi has been dedicated to serving Indian Affairs since beginning her federal career in 1993. In her current role, she enjoys leading the team responsible for Budget Formulation, Budget Execution, and Performance Management.
In 2024, Randi stepped into the position of Deputy Budget Director. She also brings valuable experience from her previous roles as Budget Officer for Field Operations, Accountant for the Division of Water and Power, and Budget Officer for the Rocky Mountain Region.
Randi earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting from Montana State University while working in federal service. Away from her desk, she finds joy in watching wildlife, spending time by the water, fishing, boating, camping, hiking, her ’69 Mustang, gardening, and home improvement.
