The HEARTH Act overview training is presented by the BIA Office of Trust Services, Division of Real Estate Services (DRES) in collaboration with the Office of the Solicitor (SOL).

The Tribal Outreach Session will discuss the 52 IAM 13 policy which covers the initial submission, Secretarial review and approval process, and the Legal Sufficiency Checklist for Tribal HEARTH Act regulations.
