Facilities Operations and Maintenance Funding - Informational Meeting

The Office of the Assistant Secretary - Indian Affairs (AS-IA), through the Office of Facilities, Property, and Safety Management (OFPSM) and the Division of Facility Management and Construction (DFMC), is holding two Tribal Informational Meetings to share the outcomes of our Tribal Consultation and Tribal Listening Sessions regarding the calculation of Facilities Operations and Maintenance (O&M) funding.

This presentation will discuss how we plan to allocate O&M funds appropriately across all sites and buildings based on actual functional use and program needs, utilizing data readily available in the Indian Affairs Facility Management System (IA-FMS), currently known as Maximo. This funding formula will be applied in FY2026 and beyond.
