How to Submit Your Request

We recognize your time is important and we thoughtfully plan your meetings to keep them focused and productive.  We kindly ask that you allow 1-2 weeks for a response (acceptance/decline/referral).

To request a meeting with the Office of the Assistant Secretary - Indian Affairs, please: 

  • Utilize the "Request a Meeting" button link and by completing ALL the fields in the online portal.   
  • Upload a one-page briefing paper to include the issue/topic and requested action items for Indian Affairs staff to consider.  
  • Include any supporting attachments. 

After completing all fields and uploading your briefing paper, click the "Submit" button.  

NOTE: You must upload a briefing paper to successfully submit your request.
