To request a meeting with the Office of the Assistant Secretary - Indian Affairs, please:
Utilize the "Submit a Meeting Request" tab by completing ALL the fields in the online portal. If a field is not applicable, please use "N/A" in the field.
Upload a one page briefing paper, including the issue/topic to be discussed, requested action items for Indian Affairs staff to consider, and supporting attachments, if any.
After completing and submitting the online meeting request, you may submit additional information, if any to IA_Meeting_Request@bia.gov. Please keep in mind that if you do not receive a response confirming receipt within one day of submission, there may be an issue with the submission. Please re-submit your request with all fields completed to expedite processing and timely response from Indian Affairs' staff.
