This form is for requesting an Incentive Agreement which if approved, allows the BIA to waive the annual operation and maintenance (O&M) assessment for 1 to 3 years. For your land to be granted an Incentive Agreement, a landowner or lessee agrees to improve idle lands and BIA determines that it is in the best interest of BIA’s irrigation facility (see 25 CFR §171.610 - 615).

This application for Incentive Agreement must be received 90 days prior to the beginning of the irrigation season.
