Guidance for Implementing Due Care on Environmental and Disposal Liabilities Reporting
Indian Affairs employees must report any locations they suspect are environmentally contaminated or may have potential environmental contamination to the Regional Environmental Scientist (RES) as a Locations of Concern (LOC).
Every BIA and BIE employee is required to take the DOI Learn Environmental Location of Concern Training by September 30, 2009. You can report any Locations of Concern any time during the year by emailing the form below to loc_reporting@bia.gov.
