11.06.2023 Notice of Meeting 9; Self-Governance PROGRESS Act Negotiated Rulemaking Committee

In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the Self-Governance PROGRESS Act Negotiated Rulemaking Committee (Committee), will hold the seventh public meeting to negotiate and advise the Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) on a proposed rule to implement the Practical Reforms and Other Goals To Reinforce the Effectiveness of Self-Governance and Self-Determination for Indian Tribes Act of 2019 (PROGRESS Act).

Meeting: The meeting is open to the public and to be held virtually on Monday, November 6, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
