In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the Self-Governance PROGRESS Act Negotiated Rulemaking Committee (Committee), will hold the seventh public meeting to negotiate and advise the Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) on a proposed rule to implement the Practical Reforms and Other Goals To Reinforce the Effectiveness of Self-Governance and Self-Determination for Indian Tribes Act of 2019 (PROGRESS Act).
The public meeting will be held in the 7th floor South Penthouse room, located between the 7200 and 7300 corridors, at the Department of the Interior, 1849 C Street NW, Washington, DC 20240.
In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the Self-Governance PROGRESS Act Negotiated Rulemaking Committee (Committee), will hold the sixth public meeting to negotiate and advise the Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) on a proposed rule to implement the Practical Reforms and Other Goals To Reinforce the Effectiveness of Self-Governance and Self-Determination for Indian Tribes Act of 2019 (PROGRESS Act).

As published in the Federal Register, the PROGRESS Act Negotiated Rulemaking Committee was originally scheduled to convene public meetings to be held both in-person and virtually on Wednesday and Thursday, February 1-2, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time at Department of the Interior, 1849 C Street NW, Washington, DC 20240.
