Indian Law Enforcement Foundation was created as a charitable, nonprofit, federally chartered coporation for the purpose of assisting the Office of Justice Services and Indian tribal governments in funding, conducting activities and providing education to advance and support the provision of public safety and justice servicies in American Indian and Alaska Native communities.
